Menorrhagia is a female health condition where there is abnormally heavy bleeding during menstrual period. To build the iron content in the body, it’s advised to include food items that are rich in iron in your diet. Food items such as wheat germ, organic liver and kidneys, Apricots, eggs, ground beef, raisins, beans, cooked spinach, chicken, yogurt, sour fruits, and citrus juices, etc are rich in iron so they should be included in the meals.
